software-validated to a specific computer.  If you prefer to have a
version that is attached to a USB hardware lock, do not install this
version and contact our sales department.

1. Download  the installation file.

2. The installation file will detect whether your computer has MS
Framework 2.0 installed; if not, it automatically downloads it from the
Microsoft website and installs it.  This requires access to the internet
during installation, and some firewall software may interfere with the
downloading process.

3. When you first start the program, the program will guide you in
validating the software.
